**Job Title**: Senior Full‑Stack Developer **Role Summary** Senior-level developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining generative AI applications on AWS. Leads architecture decisions, oversees end‑to‑end development lifecycle, mentors junior staff, and ensures scalable, secure, high‑quality solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver production‑ready AI and microservice solutions. - Guide technical direction and maintain architectural integrity. - Foster best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps. - Communicate effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design scalable data pipelines and microservices using Python, DynamoDB, S3, SQS. - Architect and optimize solutions on Amazon Bedrock and other Gen AI platforms, including prompt engineering and model fine‑tuning. - Define technical requirements with product owners and stakeholders. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence. - Own Agile processes: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and documentation. - Implement security, scalability, and performance best practices. **Required Skills** - Python programming and microservices architecture. - AWS services: DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Bedrock, and cloud‑native development. - RESTful APIs, distributed systems, scalable architecture design. - CI/CD pipeline creation, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Prompt engineering and model integration for generative AI. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 5 + years of enterprise system design, development, and maintenance. - Minimum 5 years on AWS, 2 years with Gen AI platforms, 3 years in CI/CD/DevOps, and 3 years leading Agile teams. ---
