Job Description

Job title: Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain the front‑end and supporting services of an AI‑powered sales platform that captures in‑person sales conversations. Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of key features—from architecture and implementation to deployment and post‑launch support—while ensuring high performance, usability, and code quality. Expectations: • 6+ years professional software engineering experience. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design. • Demonstrated ability in mobile and/or web performance optimization. • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Collaborative, self‑driven mindset, comfortable delivering high‑quality code with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Build and enhance user‑facing features, with a focus on intuitive interfaces that present complex AI insights. • Own feature development from architectural decisions through production deployment and maintenance. • Perform code reviews, produce documentation, and enforce engineering best practices. • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions. • Improve development tooling and processes for scalability and velocity. • Monitor system health, analyze metrics, and make data‑driven improvements. Required Skills: • TypeScript (React Native, Svelte), Node.js, serverless functions. • REST API design, backend logic, and cloud services (Google Cloud Platform). • Mobile development familiarity (Swift, Kotlin) and cross‑platform UI design. • Performance optimization on mobile/web platforms. • Experience with Git, Datadog, and design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). • Strong problem‑solving and first‑principles thinking. • Proficiency with AI coding tools is a plus.
