Job Title: Technical Strategy Developer (Junior) Role Summary: Junior Technical Strategy Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, dashboards, and reports that support critical program tools and templates. Works across the full software development lifecycle, providing production support, enhancements, and new feature development while identifying process improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Expectations: - Proficient in Python, Java, AWS, Terraform, and related integration/security patterns. - Strong reverse‑engineering and documentation skills for existing applications. - Ability to create technical designs using diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio). - Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Effective risk identification, escalation, and mitigation within project timelines. - Time‑management and multitasking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
