Marketing Technology Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the marketing technology ecosystem. Align MarTech strategy with business objectives to deliver scalable, integrated solutions across CRM, CDP, automation, analytics, and personalization platforms, driving higher engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain the MarTech roadmap in line with business and digital strategy.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend platforms (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, personalization).
- Design and lead integrations across marketing, sales, and customer data systems.
- Develop best practices for campaign automation, lead management, and attribution.
- Establish data capture, enrichment, segmentation, and identity resolution frameworks.
- Drive advanced analytics, personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Document architecture standards, workflows, and technical playbooks.
- Provide training, support, and enablement to marketing teams.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or upgrades.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years in marketing technology, CRM, or enterprise architecture.
- Deep knowledge of leading MarTech platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.).
- Expertise in data architecture, APIs, middleware, and cloud‑based integration.
- Proven experience implementing CDPs and marketing automation systems.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BI tools).
- Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in key MarTech platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
