**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Lead the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration environments to support business processes and data integrity. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring optimal platform utilization and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Minimum 8 years of related experience (or advanced degree with 6+ years). - Strong hands‑on Salesforce Administration expertise (3+ years). - Proven ability to manage Agile projects and deliver on-time. - Self‑motivated to stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations. - Gather business requirements, conduct process mapping, and lead specification sessions. - Design, prototype, and develop custom solutions using out‑of‑the‑box features and custom code. - Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation. - Perform configuration change management, including backups (OwnBackup) and DevOps tooling (Copado Essentials). - Conduct DevOps and release management activities; integrate with JIRA and Confluence. - Facilitate knowledge transfer through documentation and cross‑training programs. - Identify and promote unused platform features to drive adoption and business value. - Manage change communication and user adoption initiatives. - Participate in continuous improvement of platform performance and user experience. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud (Case Assignment, Omnichannel, Service Console, Lightning Layouts, Entitlements, Reporting). - Advanced Flow design, troubleshooting, and automation skills. - Experience with DevOps tools: Copado, OwnBackup, and Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence). - Strong change‑management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration abilities. - Technical documentation and configuration management proficiency. - Agile project management fundamentals. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or advanced degree with reduced experience requirement). - Salesforce Administrator Certificate strongly preferred. ---
