Job Description
Job Title: International Private Wealth Senior Associate – Product Development Role Summary: Leads end‑to‑end launch and development of private market funds (equity, debt, infrastructure, real assets) for the International Private Wealth channel, coordinating across investment, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and operations. Provides high‑quality product materials, drives market expansion, and supports senior client engagement. Expectations: - Deliver large‑scale product initiatives on schedule and within budget. - Translate market insight into investment solutions and compelling presentations. - Build and maintain professional relationships with institutional investors, advisers, and distribution platforms. - Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and service orientation. - Maintain confidentiality, professional judgment, and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full product launch cycle: concept, structuring, documentation, due diligence, pricing, and investor delivery. - Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory review to assess product viability. - Produce clear, data‑driven material for senior leadership and investor communication. - Develop and update detailed project plans; report progress and resolve roadblocks. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (investment, ops, tech, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across product development. - Support expansion of existing products into new international markets and distribution platforms. - Facilitate introductions and deal‑making with service providers, distribution partners, and key institutional clients. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of private markets (private equity, private debt/credit, infrastructure, real assets). - Experience structuring and launching Luxembourg or Irish‑domiciled funds. - Strong technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. - Advanced project management, prioritisation, and deadline management. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including high‑level presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field. - Professional qualification (e.g., IMC, CFA, or equivalent) is advantageous. - Minimum of 3–5 years of senior‑associate‑level experience in private markets product development or investor relations.
