Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern Researcher – Agentic AI **Role Summary:** Support cutting‑edge research and development of large‑language‑model (LLM) based autonomous agents. Design and implement novel architectures for planning, reasoning, and decision‑making, and investigate mechanisms for memory, reflection, self‑evaluation, and continual learning. **Expectations:** - Conduct literature surveys on agentic AI and related advances. - Communicate findings and progress clearly with team members. - Deliver experimental results, analyses, and actionable insights on schedule. - Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary research environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, prototype, and evaluate LLM‑driven agent architectures for planning and reasoning tasks. - Explore and implement features such as agent memory, reflection loops, and self‑feedback mechanisms. - Set up and run experiments, collect metrics, and perform quantitative/qualitative analysis. - Document code, experiment protocols, and research outcomes; present results to the team. - Stay abreast of recent publications in LLMs, RL, ReAct, Chain‑of‑Thought, and tool‑calling techniques. **Required Skills:** - Strong programming proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch or equivalent deep‑learning frameworks. - Hands‑on experience building or researching agent systems for planning, reasoning, or decision‑making. - Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts, ReAct, Chain‑of‑Thought prompting, and tool‑calling APIs. - Ability to analyze experimental data and derive insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. or Master's program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. - No specific certifications required.
