**Job title**
IT Project Manager (m/f)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end IT projects, from needs definition and strategy formulation to delivery and deployment. Act as primary liaison between business owners, technical teams and steering committees, ensuring projects stay on time, budget, and meet quality and performance targets.
**Expectations**
Consistently deliver projects within defined scope, schedule and cost while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction. Drive proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement, and promote efficient, client‑centric project delivery practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and scope project objectives, success criteria and deliverables.
- Develop, monitor and update comprehensive project plans, resource schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate project, steering and strategy meetings.
- Manage full project lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, release, and post‑implementation review.
- Track progress, capture KPIs, report status, and manage action items and follow‑ups.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and change requests.
- Align technical solutions with business value and feasibility.
- Maintain project documentation, knowledge base and lessons‑learned repository.
- Support Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices where appropriate, and adapt processes to project needs.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent organization, planning and prioritization for IT projects or similar initiatives.
- Ability to capture and translate business, technical and organizational requirements.
- Strong estimation, resource allocation, risk management and performance measurement skills.
- Working knowledge of IT domains: networks, infrastructure, application development.
- Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Sciforma, Tom’s Planner, Jira, etc.).
- Effective written and oral communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Team leadership, collaboration, and trust‑building with business parties.
- Curiosity, adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and practices.
- Preferred: familiarity with V‑model, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent) preferred.
