Job Title: Senior DevSecOps
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of high‑availability data‑protection services. Partner with security architects, engineers, and client teams to implement cross‑functional PKI solutions within a DevSecOps framework. Own end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous monitoring to ensure 24/7 availability and compliance with stringent security standards.
Expectations: • Proven track record managing critical, HA/24‑7 cybersecurity services in a DevSecOps context. • Advanced expertise in PKI deployment on AWS (PCA, ACM) and CA/Sub‑CA architecture. • Strong coding, IaC, and monitoring‑as‑code skills; fluent in Python, Go, YAML. • Demonstrated experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, Datadog, and Splunk. • Adherence to security best practices, automation, and continuous improvement culture. • Fluent English; basic French acceptable.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and automate secure PKI infrastructures and secure data‑protection solutions. • Deploy, test, and maintain SSL/TLS certificates, HSM integration, and compliance‑driven CA hierarchies. • Own CI/CD pipelines: code quality gates, security scans, automated deployments, and rollback mechanisms. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of security services (HA/24‑7). • Monitor operations via Datadog and Splunk; diagnose and resolve incidents, track operational requests, and provide technical support. • Define, document, and refine DevSecOps best practices, automation workflows, and security policies.
Required Skills: • Deep knowledge of PKI, CA/Sub‑CA concepts, and AWS certificate services. • Expertise in infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Programming in Python, Go, and YAML; REST API development. • Experience with monitoring‑as‑code (Datadog, Splunk). • Familiarity with cryptographic principles, HSM, and TLS/SSL operations. • Strong DevSecOps mindset: automation, security by design, continuous improvement. • Excellent communication, collaborative problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or PKI‑specific credentials) are highly valued.
