**Role Summary**
Lead and grow a team of solutions product marketers to develop, execute, and continually refine go‑to‑market strategies for a portfolio of B2B AI‑powered enterprise products. Own the full product marketing lifecycle—from market research and messaging to sales enablement and integrated campaigns—while driving measurable revenue impact and influencing product direction through data‑driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Recruit, mentor, and develop product marketing talent focused on solutions.
2. Design and maintain a solutions GTM playbook, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and launch frameworks.
3. Craft high‑impact solution narratives, collateral, and sales enablement tools tailored to buyers and users.
4. Partner with sales leadership, revenue marketing, and product management to launch integrated campaigns and drive pipeline velocity.
5. Analyze business and market data; generate insights, identify optimization opportunities, and report on GTM performance metrics.
6. Provide executive‑level insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and product feedback; shape product strategy and road‑maps.
7. Champion AI and productivity themes, articulating their relevance to enterprise customers across verticals.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing with a focus on enterprise solutions (>7 years).
- Proven track record building and leading marketing teams in high‑growth settings (>3 years).
- Excellent storytelling, messaging, and positioning abilities that convert complex offerings into revenue‑driving propositions.
- Strategic thinking coupled with execution discipline, data‑driven decision making, and strong analytical acumen.
- Ability to influence senior leaders across marketing, product, and sales.
