Job Description: **Job Title:** Salesforce Consultant (F/M) **Role Summary:** Provide technical analysis, specifications, and maintenance for a multi‑country Salesforce environment. Ensure data integrity, automate processes with Flow, Process Builder, Apex classes, and triggers, and support cross‑functional service requests. **Expectations:** * Deliver detailed technical specifications. * Maintain CRM data quality and monitor key metrics. * Execute configuration tasks and mass data operations. * Drive automation development using Salesforce declarative tools and Apex. * Work independently, show persistence, and leverage IT knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical analysis and produce comprehensive specifications. * Monitor data integrity, manage alerts, and report on performance indicators. * Liaise with internal teams, handle incoming requests, and prioritize tasks. * Configure Salesforce settings and perform mass data processing. * Develop Flows, Process Builder processes, Apex classes, and triggers. **Required Skills:** * Salesforce platform expertise (configuration, Flow, Process Builder, Apex). * Strong analytical and technical writing abilities. * Experience with data management and quality assurance. * Self‑driven, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to collaborate across functions. * Knowledge of IT best practices and large‑scale implementations. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of comparable Salesforce consulting experience. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
