**Job Title:** Workflow Automation Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and Google Cloud services to digitize business processes. Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure applications aligned with organizational needs.
**Expectations**
- Design and build applications with low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, Power Apps, etc.).
- Automate workflows via Power Automate, Apps Script, and GCP backend systems (Cloud Functions/Run, Cloud Workflows, Pub/Sub).
- Rapidly deliver solutions using RAD methodology while ensuring business requirements are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and optimize existing workflows.
- Implement security and observability measures (IAM, OAuth, logging, auditing).
- Document processes, train end-users, and provide technical support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain integrations, event-driven orchestrations, and backends on GCP.
- Map data flows between CSV/Sheets and JSON/API systems.
- Optimize workflows for high availability and performance.
- Participate in co-creation workshops to refine business processes.
- Manage deployments and environments (DEV/PRÉPROD/PROD).
- Monitor system security via IAP, OAuth scopes, Secret Manager, and least-privilege IAM policies.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Google AppSheet, Apps Script, Python (scripts/APIs), and GCP services (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Workflows, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and low-code tools (Airtable, OutSystems, Zoho).
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to simplify technical concepts for stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software development (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of low-code/no-code application development experience.
- Familiarity with RAD methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken) for international collaboration.
