**Job Title:** Director of Strategic Partnerships **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of strategic commercial partnerships that drive product value, global reach, and revenue growth across the streaming and media ecosystem. This executive role focuses on building scalable partner programs, negotiating high‑value contracts, and collaborating cross‑functionally to integrate partner solutions into product, pricing, and market strategy. **Expectations:** - Establish and maintain a portfolio of high‑impact partnerships with broadcasters, device manufacturers, and content platforms. - Translate partner opportunities into measurable business outcomes, including market penetration, user acquisition, and revenue targets. - Represent senior leadership in strategic discussions, retaining a commercial perspective across all partner activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with corporate strategy. - Design and scale partner programs that accelerate adoption and enable growth. - Lead negotiations, structure commercial terms, and oversee contract execution. - Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless partnership implementation. - Develop compelling value propositions and pricing frameworks for partners. - Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform strategic positioning. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or business development, preferably in media, streaming, or technology. - Strong commercial acumen: pricing strategy, financial modeling, and negotiation. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across disciplines and geographies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Collaborative mindset with a track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Any relevant certifications in partnership management, negotiation, or financial analysis are advantageous.
