**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead product strategy and execution for enterprise digital platforms spanning Web 2/3, mobile, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), BI & analytics, and Salesforce. Own product roadmaps, UX/UI direction, and cross‑functional alignment with technology, business, and client teams in a consulting environment.
**Expactations:**
- Build and grow high‑performing product teams.
- Drive strategic dialogue with executives and clients, translating technology trends into actionable roadmaps.
- Balance billable and non‑billable resources, manage budgets, and optimize portfolio outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and own product strategy, UX/UI vision, and release plans.
- Conduct data‑driven market, technology, and industry analyses to inform strategy.
- Facilitate workshops, cross‑functional working groups, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate resource allocation across client projects and internal initiatives.
- Partner with third‑party vendors, solution architects, and technology partners.
- Mentor and coach Technology Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UX/UI leads.
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with digital, cloud, and Agile/DevOps practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 12+ years senior product management/strategy experience (business analysis, product owner, PM, strategist).
- 7+ years consulting or technology‑strategy leadership, with strong facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills in PowerPoint.
- Domain experience in retail/digital commerce, financial services, energy/utilities, or health tech (5+ years).
- Proven expertise in Agile/DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern IT operating models.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Strong project management, executive influence, and team‑building capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent post‑graduate education preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, Product Management frameworks) are a plus.
