Job Description
**Job Title**: Salesforce Developer/Admin **Role Summary**: Design and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, bridging declarative administration and custom development to support Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams. Focus on advanced automation, integration, and platform optimization. **Expectations**: - Demonstrate ownership of technical solutions, balancing scalability and maintainability. - Collaborate across product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional platforms. - Act as a technical bridge between administrators and senior architects. - Ensure clear communication with diverse teams in Agile/Scrum environments. - Adhere to documentation standards and promote best practices. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop advanced Salesforce automation (Flow, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex). - Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Design secure, scalable data models to avoid data skew. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Manage environments, deployments, and release quality using Sandboxes, DevOps tools, or SFDX. - Partner with stakeholders to align platform features with business goals. **Required Skills**: - 3–6 years Salesforce platform experience (Admin + Development). - Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript. - Advanced Salesforce Flow, Dynamic Forms, and API integration (REST/SOAP). - Experience with environment management (Sandboxes, SFDX) and tools (VS Code, Git, DataLoader, Workbench). - Knowledge of security models (sharing rules), troubleshooting, and performance optimization. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications recommended. - Platform Developer I (PD1) preferred for Apex expertise. - Advanced Administrator or equivalent experience a plus.
