Job Title: Senior Security Engineer Role Summary: Lead and design Red Team operations in hybrid environments, leveraging threat intelligence and the MITRE Telecommunication&CK framework. Execute advanced attack simulations targeting financial institutions, assess vulnerabilities, and implement hardening controls for Windows and Linux systems. Expactations: Demonstrate 8+ years of hands‑on experience with industry‑standard Red Team tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic C2, Rubeus, Bloodhound, Covenant, and equivalent knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and document Red Team engagements for hybrid financial environments. • Integrate threat intelligence into attack scenarios and map results to MITRE Telecommunication&CK tactics, techniques, and procedures. • Perform vulnerability assessment and rating based on principal characteristics of each threat. • Develop automation scripts and frameworks to streamline attack execution and reporting. • Conduct system hardening reviews and recommend mitigations for Windows and Linux platforms. • Provide actionable debriefs to security and compliance teams, detailing findings, remediation priorities, and defensive improvements.
