Job Description
Job Title: NOC Technician Role Summary: Provides first‑ and second‑line technical support in a Network Operations Center, monitoring and triaging incidents with emphasis on data protection and infrastructure, while ensuring timely response, escalation, and documentation to maintain service continuity. Job Description
Job title: AWS Engineer Role Summary: Contract Engineer supporting a Lead Engineer to build and extend an internal AWS-based platform that automates provisioning, management, and governance of AWS accounts for rapid, isolated innovation. Focus on feature development, automation workflows, and platform reliability with minimal oversight. Expectations: - Execute high‑quality engineering work on new features and automation. - Collaborate with senior technical lead on design decisions. - Mentor peers and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Maintain clear communication across multiple work streams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance automation workflows for AWS account lifecycle management at scale. - Implement infrastructure and platform features using Terraform (module creation and reuse). - Build and maintain backend services/APIs supporting account provisioning, governance, and monitoring. - Create reusable code components for ingress connections, WAF management, and other platform utilities. - Integrate security controls, access management, cost controls, and guardrails into automated pipelines. - Troubleshoot, improve reliability, scalability, and usability of the platform. - Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Git-based source control. - Produce technical documentation and maintain best‑practice code standards.
