Job Description
Job Title: Information Security Project Coordinator Role Summary: Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of project stages, schedules, and deliverables to enable timely project completion. Expectations: - 4+ years of administrative or project coordination experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong organization, coordination, and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to collaborate across internal departments and maintain effective working relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Assist project managers and specialists in coordinating one or more projects, including smaller scale initiatives. - Maintain and update project templates, schedules, status reports, resource plans, and meeting agendas. - Conduct research on project-related topics and gather necessary information. - Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain project data and ensure alignment. - Document and disseminate changes to project teams, keeping records current. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiencies. - Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional work outside regular hours when required. Required Skills: - Microsoft Office suite proficiency. - Strong organizational and coordination capabilities. - Clear verbal and written communication for diverse audiences. - General analytical problem‑solving skills. - Ability to build productive relationships at the work‑group level.
