**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud to support business processes and improve customer relations. Serve as the primary point of contact for end‑users, providing training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
**Expectations:**
- 4‑7 years of experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Remote work capability.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions across the organization.
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data quality processes.
- Design and execute test plans, user test cases, and QA for iterative releases.
- Conduct data audits, clean‑up, and manage data loads via tools such as Data Loader.
- Document configuration, policies, and user guides; facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Implement new Service Cloud environments and drive process improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and AppExchange solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative features (workflows, validation rules, process builder).
- Knowledge of release management, sandbox orchestration, and change set deployments.
- Proficient with data security, sharing, and relational database concepts.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train and support users at all levels.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent) highly preferred.
