Job Description
Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Expectations: - 7+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau). - Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC processes. - Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. - Preferable business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions. - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. - Perform gap and impact analyses. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure clear, testable requirements. - Support UAT testing and production deployments. - Design and develop dashboards and reports to deliver business insights. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Required Skills: - Requirement gathering and documentation. - SQL for data analysis. - Advanced Microsoft Excel. - Power BI or Tableau data visualization. - JIRA and Confluence usage. - SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology. - Stakeholder management and strong communication.
