**Job Title**
Senior UI Software Engineer
**Role Summary**
Architect, develop, and maintain high‑performance, enterprise‑grade user interfaces using C#, .NET, and WiseJ. Translate design system components from Figma into pixel‑aligned code, build advanced interaction patterns, and lead a small engineering team.
**Expectations**
- Deliver performant, maintainable UI solutions for complex, data‑heavy workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to integrate services seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce UI standards and best practices.
- Own the UI codebase, ensuring it remains composable, reusable, and free from unnecessary libraries.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design and implement robust UI components in WiseJ, C#, and .NET, ensuring strong typing and unified architecture.
2. Convert Figma design system assets—tokens, variants, and wireframes—into precise engineering artifacts.
3. Create responsive, adaptive layouts, multi‑panel interfaces, drag‑and‑drop utilities, and other advanced interaction patterns.
4. Maintain clean, composable code, minimizing bloat and external dependencies.
5. Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and backend developers to align UI behavior with system requirements.
6. Contribute to internal tooling, code quality metrics, and UI standards.
7. Lead and manage a small UI engineering team, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
**Required Skills**
- 6–10+ years of UI engineering experience on enterprise or data‑heavy platforms.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and object‑oriented UI development.
- Hands‑on experience designing and shipping real‑time, component‑driven UI systems.
- Deep understanding of UI architecture, state management, and interaction modeling.
- Experience with Figma design systems (tokens, variants, prototypes).
- Team leadership and mentorship capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
