**Job Title:** Data Governance Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end data governance initiatives across Markets, ensuring alignment with regulatory commitments, defining data requirements, and enforcing the Client Data Governance Policy. Execute stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk management, and executive reporting to secure timely delivery of high‑quality data assets.
**Expectations**
- Deliver multiple data initiatives on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
- Provide clear, executive‑level communication and progress reporting.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and document business data requirements, quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy for Markets domain.
- Manage project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and relationship management with Markets, Enterprise Data Office, and other working groups.
- Interpret and implement the Client Data Governance Policy, ensuring adherence across Teams and Domain Managers.
- Produce concise executive‑level communications, steering‑committee reports, and progress updates.
- Escalate and resolve risks, issues, and change requests in a structured manner.
- Adapt to evolving priorities, managing ad‑hoc requests and shifting project deliverables.
- Promote partner involvement and co‑operative engagement through effective status dissemination.
- Define, teach, and enforce project management best practices, including task decomposition, documentation, and monitoring.

**Required Education & Certifications**

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
