Job title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions to improve data accuracy, automate discovery, and support ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management functions. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality CMDB implementations on a 6‑month contract, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to Agile processes while ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions. • Integrate CMDB data with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules. • Configure CI classes, identification & reconciliation rules, and relationship models. • Build automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Orchestration. • Conduct CMDB audits, data analysis, and reconciliation for data integrity. • Draft technical documentation and solution design specifications. • Troubleshoot CMDB, integration, and platform performance issues. • Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
