Job Description: **Job Title**: Cyber Security Engineer **Role Summary** Design, implement, and maintain security solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments to protect the organization’s global infrastructure. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability while proactively responding to evolving threats and collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to sustain a strong security posture. **Expectations** - Monitor infrastructure, systems, networks, and cloud platforms for security events and vulnerabilities. - Triage security incidents and alerts and coordinate incident response and disaster recovery activities. - Align security initiatives with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2). - Stay current with IT trends, cloud security standards, and regulatory changes. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage security controls for cloud services (primarily Azure) and on‑premises environments. - Lead or participate in Incident Response and Disaster Recovery program testing and validation. - Collaborate with regional IT teams and business units on cyber‑security incidents and projects. - Engage with external audit partners to support audit processes and improve the security framework. - Champion continuous improvement of the organization’s cyber‑security posture. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical, investigative, and communication abilities; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Proficiency with desktop & server operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.). - Experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management, and cloud security tools. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications are highly desirable: CISSP, CEH, CISM, CCSP. ---
