Job Description

**Job Title** Contract Product Lead **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end product management for a greenfield digital healthcare product, driving strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery in an agile, design‑led environment. Partner with Technical Lead and multidisciplinary squads to translate business goals into functional, high‑impact solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver product roadmap on schedule and within budget. - Align product vision with stakeholder priorities and emerging market needs. - Maintain product health and continuously improve processes. - Foster collaborative, high‑performing teams across technical and non‑technical functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define product strategy, roadmap sequencing, and delivery plans. - Own backlog management, requirement prioritisation, and sprint planning. - Coordinate user‑centred design activities and ensure design integration in agile cycles. - Work closely with architecture and DevOps teams to embed continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership. - Lead cross‑functional squads, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear decision‑making. **Required Skills** - Proven experience leading full product lifecycle for digital products/services. - Strong ability to shape delivery strategies and prioritize roadmaps for maximum business impact. - Expertise in backlog grooming, prioritisation funnels, and agile sprint execution. - Deep knowledge of user‑centred design principles and agile, lean delivery practices. - Familiarity with Architecture, DevOps, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to influence and guide teams. - Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments and multidisciplinary squads. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
