**Job Title:** Test Engineer **Role Summary** Support engineering teams in manufacturing high-quality electronic modules and systems for defense projects by conducting inspections, testing, and fault analysis to meet project deadlines and quality standards. **Expectations** - Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing/test environment. - Proficiency in IPC-level inspections and defense project protocols. - Valid IPC inspection certification and UK Security Clearance (SC). - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline constraints. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform IPC-level inspections on electronic assemblies during production. - Execute test procedures, record results (hardware/software/firmware configurations), and document discrepancies. - Operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power supplies). - Identify and rectify component-level faults in analog/digital circuits. - Maintain safe, clean workspaces while adhering to health and safety protocols. - Collate and report defect details accurately. - Follow company policies, procedures, and quality processes. **Required Skills** - Manual testing of electronics systems. - Test equipment operation (digital oscilloscopes, function generators). - Problem-solving/repair skills for analog/digital designs. - Reading electronic/mechanical drawings and test specifications. - Microsoft Office/Office 365 proficiency. - Multi-tasking and independent work capability with minimal supervision. - Strong communication and technical documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - BTEC Electronics qualification (ONC/HNC/HND) or equivalent. - Valid IPC-level inspection certification. - Current UK Security Clearance (SC).

Job Description
