**Job Title:** Investor Relations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead communication between the company and its financial stakeholders, ensuring transparent, compliant, and strategic disclosure of the company’s performance, strategy, and governance to strengthen market confidence and shareholder value.
**Expectations:**
- Act as the primary liaison for investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and timely investor communications that align with business objectives.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, manage sensitive disclosures, and preserve confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Prepare and present quarterly/annual earnings materials, press releases, FAQs, and earnings call scripts.
- Build and sustain relationships with institutional investors, funds, analysts, rating agencies, and media.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conference calls, and site visits.
- Monitor regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI, stock exchange rules) and ensure all communications comply.
- Analyze investor sentiment, analyst reports, peer performance, and market trends; provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support crisis communication and sensitive disclosure processes.
- Provide briefing notes, Q&A documents, and talking points for executives.
- Own investor‑facing content: presentations, fact sheets, IR website, and annual report segments.
- Track stock performance, shareholding patterns, and engagement metrics; report regularly to leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or financial communications (preferably in a listed company).
- Strong equity market knowledge, valuation insight, and financial statement analysis.
- Established network with institutional investors, analysts, funds, and financial media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial information.
- Deep familiarity with SEBI regulations, disclosure norms, earnings processes, and corporate governance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to benchmark performance and extract insights.
- Composure under pressure; adept at managing rumors and high‑stakes disclosures.
- Detail‑oriented, structured documentation and reporting.
- Collaborative ability across finance, legal, strategy, PR, and senior leadership.
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Certified Investor Relations Professional (CIRP) are advantageous.
