**Job Title**
Integrated Logistics Support Project Manager (Male/Female)
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of integrated logistics support (ILS) projects for complex systems, bridging engineering, safety, and commercial functions. Ensure that systems meet performance, reliability, and safety objectives while maintaining cost‑effectiveness and contractual compliance.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in systems engineering roles involving logistics support, maintainability, or safety analysis.
- Strong grasp of ILS principles (PSLI, ASL, LORA, LAC, LAI, LAS).
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage commercial aspects.
- Fluent in English (oral & written) for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **ILS Planning & Analysis**
- Develop PSLI documents and conduct ASL, maintainability, and availability studies.
- Identify and evaluate alternative support strategies (LORA).
- Define maintenance policy and schedule; dimension spare‑parts inventory (LAC, LAI, LAS).
- Specify test methods, tools, and infrastructure requirements.
2. **Functional Safety & Reliability**
- Perform functional safety analyses (FTA, FMEA, AMDEC) on existing and innovative projects.
3. **Business Management**
- Frame, schedule, and monitor projects from transfer to closure, ensuring productivity and profitability.
- Prepare technical offers, estimate methodologies, resources, and effort.
- Collaborate closely with sales to secure and grow client relationships.
4. **Technical Leadership**
- Build risk matrices, supervise technical architecture, and integrate interfaces.
- Oversee production planning, supervise technical control, and arbitrate complex technical decisions.
- Provide expert guidance to consultants and coordinate support from senior specialists.
5. **Contract and Documentation Management**
- Review and synthesize contractual packages; capture client and supplier requirements.
- Produce and maintain documentation (reports, deliverables, verification sheets, workbooks).
- Execute contractual closure activities.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering) with specialization in Integrated Logistics Support.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in equivalent ILS/maintenance/safety roles.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferable certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, FMEA/FTA, or equivalent ILS qualifications.
