**Job title** Electronics Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Responsible for the safety‑critical design, analysis, and improvement of electronic systems. Works on functional safety studies, component selection, PCB generation, and R‑D projects, enhancing the organization’s electronic expertise and contributing to high‑integrity safety solutions. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years of professional experience designing electronic systems. - Proven knowledge and hands‑on experience with functional safety concepts, methods, and standards. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce safety reports and R‑D documentation. - Willingness to advance within a technically demanding safety‑electronics environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct functional safety studies for electronic boards (FMEA, fault‑tree analysis). 2. Design complex schematic circuits, select components, and justify choices based on safety performance. 3. Generate and process Gerber files for PCB fabrication and assembly. 4. Identify and implement process improvements in the electronic design lifecycle. 5. Draft technical offers and contribute to the proposal phase. 6. Participate in R‑D projects, applying safety‑critical methodologies and documenting results. 7. Monitor technological trends and develop methodology guides for the team. **Required Skills** - Functional safety expertise (EN 50129, NF EN 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849). - Proficiency with safety analysis tools: Fault tree engineering, reliability calculation, component‑level FMEA. - CAD: Altium, Cadence, Zuken, or equivalent. - Simulation: LTSpice, PSpice. - Strong knowledge of electronic component libraries, PCB design best practices, and Gerber file handling. - Ability to translate safety requirements into detailed design specifications. - (Desirable) Mechanical design knowledge and familiarity with associated CAD tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering, or equivalent. - Demonstrated knowledge of functional safety lifecycle. - Certifications or proven competence in applicable functional safety standards is required; additional safety‑certification courses are a plus.
