**Job Title:** International Consumer Consultant **Role Summary** Manage international client portfolios to achieve sales targets and drive growth. Provide expert insurance advice, build global stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with international regulations. **Expectations** Experience in financial services or general insurance, proven negotiation skills for new business and renewals, and a strong understanding of healthcare markets (UK/international). **Key Responsibilities** - Collate annual business plans aligned with sales targets. - Meet revenue goals through new business and retention strategies. - Identify networking opportunities with insurers, brokers, and partners. - Coordinate with sales teams to pursue international opportunities. - Foster relationships with sales advisors to expand existing client bases. - Support international consumer growth via transfer programs (e.g., employee benefits schemes). - Resolve client queries, claims, and operational issues promptly. - Adhere to international sales processes and regulatory requirements. - Attend training to maintain market knowledge. **Required Skills** - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Verbal/written communication and professional phone presence. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Global market awareness and cross-cultural stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Certificate in Financial Services (CII IF7) or commitment to obtain. - Familiarity with insurance product landscapes (healthcare preferred). - Proven experience in dynamic, regulated environments.
