**Job Title:** Systems and Network Administrator (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for administering, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, and related security controls—to ensure optimal performance, availability, and compliance. Provides daily technical support, collaborates with IT teams and external vendors, and contributes to infrastructure evolution projects.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in systems and network administration.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset, service orientation, and collaborative attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows (10/11, Server 2016) and Linux operating systems.
- Manage network devices (Meraki, HP, Dell), VLANs, Wi‑Fi SSIDs, and telecom/web technologies.
- Operate and tune monitoring tools; ensure event traceability and incident documentation.
- Oversee backup, antivirus, and security solutions; enforce access rights via Active Directory/LDAP.
- Perform system updates, version upgrades, and scheduled maintenance per IT policies.
- Diagnose, resolve, and proactively prevent system and network incidents.
- Participate in technical projects, infrastructure provisioning, and virtualization (VMware).
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (procedures, configurations, diagrams).
- Support end‑users daily, gathering requirements and contributing to SI evolution plans.

- Strong knowledge of systems and network administration.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware) and storage concepts.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and web technologies (Web, XML, PHP).
- Competence with network equipment (Meraki, HP, Dell) and protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and security standards.
- Ability to read and use technical English documentation.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
