Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Role Summary: Design, deploy, and maintain secure, highly available, scalable infrastructure for a SaaS platform, leveraging AI for automation and efficiency, while collaborating with customers and shaping global infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement high‑availability infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
- Own end‑to‑end SaaS environments, including compute, storage, and networking layers.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and secure Linux/Windows servers, NGINX, firewalls, VPNs, and domain settings.
- Apply Terraform and scripting to automate deployments and security controls.
- Drive infrastructure strategy for global scaling and compliance (ISO27001, IAM, cloud identity).
- Incorporate agentic AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational throughput.
- Provide thought leadership and proactive problem solving within the team.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with GCP (GKE, IAM, Cloud SQL, Secrets Manager) and AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills.
- NGINX configuration and advanced networking (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, DNS).
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
- Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent.
- Understanding of ISO27001, cloud identity, and access control best practices.
- Demonstrated use of AI for workflow automation.
- Experience with enterprise banking environments (bonus).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
