**Role Summary**
Senior client‑facing leader who builds and nurtures strategic partnerships, drives account growth, and ensures the successful delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions. Works at the intersection of delivery and business development, acting as a trusted advisor to executive‑level stakeholders and coordinating cross‑functional teams across Cloud, Data & AI, Cyber Security, and Business Applications.
**Key Expectations**
- Develop and execute multi‑year account strategies that align client objectives with company growth.
- Lead pre‑sales solutioning, commercial strategy, and proposal development.
- Deliver consistent financial and operational performance safeguards, including margin protection, billing accuracy, and risk mitigation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships with C‑suite and board‑level client executives.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the client’s digital transformation journey.
- Identify and pursue cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across practice lines.
- Lead pre‑sales solutioning and commercial strategy with sales, solution consultants, and practice leaders.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery performance: partner with project managers to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
- Run governance forums (e.g., QBRs, steering meetings) to maintain alignment and client satisfaction.
- Mitigate risks early, protect client trust, and safeguard commercial performance.
- Drive financial discipline: monitoring utilisation, margin, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
- Inspire and mentor cross‑functional account teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading Data & AI transformation engagements.
- Proven delivery of data platform modernization using medallion architecture or similar.
- Hands‑on experience in a Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C‑suite level.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Financial stewardship: cost control, margin management, and accurate forecasting.
- Risk identification and mitigation, governance forum facilitation.
- Cross‑functional leadership and mentorship abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
