Job Title: General Manager – Data Center Power Systems
Role Summary:
Lead the strategy, growth, and profitability of a high‑growth Data Center Power Infrastructure portfolio. Own P&L, develop go‑to‑market plans, secure new business and partnerships, and orchestrate cross‑functional delivery of mission‑critical power and cooling solutions.
Expectations:
• Achieve rapid revenue and profit growth to establish a $1 billion enterprise within five years.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership, strategic vision, and operational discipline.
• Build and sustain profitable customer relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L Ownership & Growth Acceleration – manage financial performance, set targets, and deliver measurable results.
2. Strategic Go‑to‑Market Leadership – define and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies, including M&A and ecosystem partnerships.
3. Inorganic Growth & Integration – lead acquisition pipeline, due diligence, and post‑deal integration.
4. Market Expansion & Customer Traction – identify and capture new growth opportunities and key customers.
5. Commercial & Pricing Leadership – negotiate high‑complexity contracts, develop pricing strategies, and ensure profitable margins.
6. Cross‑Functional Leadership – coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply‑chain, and support teams in a matrix organization.
7. End‑to‑End Solution Delivery – oversee product development, commercialization, new‑product introduction, supply‑chain optimization, and high‑reliability manufacturing of power and cooling systems.
Required Skills:
• 15+ years of senior leadership in high‑stakes, complex product development for data‑center power or cooling.
• Proven multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar P&L ownership and growth track record.
• Expertise in M&A sourcing, due diligence, closing, and integration.
• Strong negotiation ability, pricing strategy development, and contract management.
• Deep industry knowledge of AI‑driven power demands, modularity, advanced cooling (e.g., liquid cooling), and grid integration.
• Strategic vision with tactical execution capability.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional coordination.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI‑CPD, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
