**Job Title:** Sr. Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and operational management of core services for an enterprise AI platform. Drive high‑performance, scalable architecture, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional AI, product, and design teams to deliver production‑ready AI solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver robust, cloud‑first components that meet security, privacy, and availability requirements.
- Champion modern AI and software design patterns, ensuring code is maintainable, reusable, and testable.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, cloud patterns, and UX methodologies to influence technical direction.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment through clear communication of technical concepts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and build scalable, high‑performance services for the AI platform using containerized technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud‑agnostic approaches.
- Implement infrastructure‑as‑code for deployment and management of cloud environments.
- Translate product requirements into modular, testable AI, software, and infrastructure components.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to accelerate their development and code quality.
- Own end‑to‑end integration, ensuring seamless operation, high availability, and reliability.
- Design and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automated troubleshooting for production components.
- Promote DevOps best practices and streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud‑native services.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Full‑stack development experience covering design, prototyping, building, testing, deployment, and operations of enterprise platforms, preferably with AI/ML/data components.
- Deep knowledge of at least one of: Java, JavaScript, Python, Golang, or C++.
- AI/ML expertise (strongly preferred): MLOps lifecycle, ML platform and service development, familiarity with GenAI/LLM technologies, AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Growth mindset: proactive learning, experimentation, and adaptation to new technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
