Senior Technical Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams in a capital‑markets environment, ensuring agile delivery of trading lifecycle and collateral‑management solutions. Acts concurrently as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and driving continuous improvement.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality functional specifications, user stories, and process flows that meet stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead data analysis to validate requirements, identify trends, and ensure data integrity across trading and collateral domains.
- Manage collateral‑management workflows, improving efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and engineering, communicating status, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams to gather and analyze business needs.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owner to refine/prioritize backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance collateral‑management workflows, including intraday movements and settlement.
- Conduct data analysis to validate data products, reports, and pipelines; collaborate with data engineering and governance to resolve quality issues.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
- Track progress, remove blockers, and promote agile best practices.
- Communicate status, risks, and findings to stakeholders and senior management.
**Required Skills**
- Strong data‑analysis abilities (querying, validation, interpretation).
- Expertise in capital‑markets trading lifecycle and collateral‑management processes (margining, optimization, settlements).
- Experience reviewing data products, reports, and pipelines.
- Proven Business Analyst experience in capital markets.
- Scrum Master experience with agile delivery.
- Excellent documentation, problem‑solving, stakeholder‑management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or related field.
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
