**Job Title** Project Manager – ServiceNow **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation and migration projects for enterprise clients. Oversee scoping, planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ITIL best practices. Act as the primary liaison among client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors in fast‑paced, client‑centric environments. **Expectations** - Deliver enterprise‑scale ServiceNow projects on time and within budget. - Manage cross‑functional teams and external vendors independently. - Maintain clear, consistent status reporting, budget tracking, and change management. - Drive workshops and requirement sessions to capture and validate business needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for ServiceNow initiatives. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - Serve as point of contact for client stakeholders, technical staff, and third‑party vendors. - Execute project governance: status updates, budget monitoring, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering. - Ensure solutions align with client business goals and operational readiness. - Track KPIs and success metrics to confirm delivery of expected outcomes. **Required Skills** - 8+ years of project‑management experience with proven track record on enterprise technology projects. - 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or migrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom apps). - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow capabilities. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work independently in remote, collaborative settings. - Consulting or client‑facing background highly valued. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - PMP or CSM preferred. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) highly desirable. - Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks is a plus.
