Job Description

**Job title**: Atlassian Project Manager **Role Summary**: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects using Atlassian platforms. Apply Agile principles to meet client objectives, manage budgets, and ensure quality outcomes. **Expectations**: Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget; build strong client relationships; collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams; maintain high standards of project documentation and risk management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure. - Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate consultants, architects, and specialists. - Define scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client needs. - Allocate resources, track progress, and adjust plans to achieve objectives. - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through testing and validation. - Serve as primary client liaison, managing expectations and communication. - Collaborate with Sales & Delivery to draft Statements of Work, proposals, and commercial docs. - Maintain comprehensive project records, documentation, and status reports. - Leverage deep understanding of Atlassian stack to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Skills**: - Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban). - Stakeholder management and client communication. - Resource planning and budget control. - Risk identification and mitigation. - Quality assurance and testing processes. - Strong organizational and documentation abilities. - Professional English proficiency (written and verbal). - Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; - Or equivalently, PMP certification. **Additional Desired Experience**: - Professional Services background in software vendor or consulting. - Managed fixed‑price projects. - Expertise in ITSM, PPM, or Integration (infrastructure/software).
