Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Technology Specialist – Digital Developer **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and support of mobile and web applications using React, .NET/C#, and JavaScript. Work in an Agile environment with product owners and platform experts to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end application features within sprint timelines. - Independently diagnose and resolve production incidents with minimal guidance. - Mentor and guide junior developers on technical practices and architecture. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain responsive web and Progressive Web App (PWA) front‑ends using React, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. - Implement back‑end services in .NET/C#, REST/SOAP APIs, and micro‑service architecture. - Create, test, and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines, Azure App Services, Azure Functions). - Manage Azure cloud resources and Infrastructure‑as‑Code for DevOps/DevSecOps. - Configure and administer Microsoft IIS, SQL Server, and Entity Framework data access layers. - Perform code reviews, unit/integration testing (NUnit, Jasmine), and ensure code quality standards. - Resolve production incidents, conduct post‑mortems, and update documentation. - Document system design, onboarding guides, and operational runbooks. - Apply ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) via ServiceNow. **Required Skills** - 4+ years React, 7+ years .NET/C#, 6+ years SQL Server/Transact‑SQL. - Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, JSON, XML. - Experience with PWA, component libraries, and responsive front‑end frameworks. - Solid knowledge of SOAP/RESTful services, micro‑services, and Azure portal. - Hands‑on Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Azure App Services, Durable Functions. - Experience with package managers (npm, Bower). - Testing frameworks: NUnit, Jasmine, etc. - Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, CMS platforms (Kentico, Umbraco), and ORMs (Entity Framework). - Infrastructure‑as‑Code, DevOps/DevSecOps acumen. - Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM for Incident, Problem & Change management. - Leadership experience: task/priority setting, stakeholder engagement, mentoring. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are preferred.
