Job Description

Job title: Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) Role Summary: Build and own feature modules for modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Collaborate closely with founders and senior developers to translate Figma designs into production‑ready code, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross‑device compatibility. Expactations: • Deliver pixel‑perfect UIs from design to deployment. • Manage end‑to‑end ownership of assigned modules. • Make architectural decisions independently and document them. • Communicate progress and challenges clearly to the team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop dynamic, responsive interfaces with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. • Convert Figma prototypes into clean, maintainable TypeScript code. • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests. • Optimize rendering performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance. • Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and data flow. • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Required Skills: • 2+ years of professional React/Next.js development. • Proficient with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Git (GitHub workflow). • Experience with Figma to code conversion. • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization. • Familiarity with React Native (preferred). • Knowledge of Node.js, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: • Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience and demonstrable portfolio.
