**Job Title:** Software Engineer / Technology Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Senior‑level software engineers with 2–12+ years of experience building scalable, cloud‑native solutions across multiple technology domains—including .NET, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Python. Engineered systems are delivered within an agile, cross‑functional environment, addressing product, architecture, and quality needs while driving continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
**Expectations:**
- 2–12+ years of full‑stack or domain‑specific development experience.
- Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy production‑grade software.
- Demonstrated collaboration with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Comfortable working remotely, onsite, or in hybrid settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust, maintainable code.
- Design, develop, unit‑test, and unit‑deploy applications following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring coding standards, security, and performance criteria are met.
- Diagnose, debug, and optimize application and data pipelines for speed, memory, and scalability.
- Document design decisions, APIs, data models, and end‑to‑end system architecture.
