Job title: Senior Solutions Architect – Salesforce
Role Summary:
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into robust technical roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices. Manage end‑to‑end implementation, from discovery and data modeling to configuration, testing, and release governance.
Expactations:
- Deliver architecture vision that supports business strategy.
- Communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Mentor and guide internal Salesforce teams and client personnel.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and compliance with governance standards.
- Champion DevOps processes and continuous improvement throughout the Salesforce lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and design for Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Manufacturing Clouds).
- Conduct discovery sessions, assess current environments, and produce solution roadmaps.
- Define and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Design data models, configure security, and establish scalable solutions.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release management.
- Serve as Salesforce release manager, coordinating CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Support sprint planning, scoping, and effort estimation.
- Guide development teams during implementation, ensuring solution integrity.
- Participate in architectural governance, compliance reviews, and standard enforcement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years IT experience, 2+ in Salesforce architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud (preferred).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and release management.
- Proven track record of large‑scale CRM implementations, data migration, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Awareness of AI, IoT, and advanced analytics within Salesforce (optional but valuable).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications (preferred).
