**Job Title**: Scrum Master and IT Project Manager
**Role Summary**: Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate strategy and IT transformation goals. Drive Agile adoption across teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, mentor in Agile principles, and lead stakeholder engagement for project success. Oversee project planning, risk management, and team leadership to deliver on-time, within scope, and within budget.
**Expectations**:
Deliver small-to-medium-scale IT projects (e.g., AI, cloud, automation). Ensure Agile methodology compliance. Foster team collaboration and continuous improvement. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and escalate risks. Provide leadership, motivate teams, and close projects with lessons captured.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives).
- Coach teams on Agile/Kanban principles, rules, and values.
- Define, document, and execute IT projects, managing stakeholder requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues.
- Prepare schedules, quality plans, and track progress. Provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Monitor costs, resources, and timelines against tolerances.
- Lead teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives.
- Close projects formally, review outcomes, and document lessons learned.
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years in IT project management and Agile practices.
- Proven experience delivering IT projects (innovation, cloud, automation).
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in multilingual environments (English mandatory; French/German preferred).
- Adaptable in managing competing priorities and interdisciplinary teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMP-ACP).
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/work experience.
