Job Description

**Job Title**: Technical Leader **Role Summary**: Lead technical strategy and development for cloud-native applications, focusing on modern open-source architectures and system integration. Collaborate with senior technical leaders to design high-complexity solutions and oversee team delivery. **Expectations**: Minimum 8 years' experience in development with expertise in emerging technologies. Demonstrates technical autonomy, passion for evolving tech stacks, and adaptability across agile methodologies. **Key Responsibilities**: - Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using frameworks like Spring (Boot, Batch, Security) and JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue). - Design reusable technical modules, batch processes, and event-driven systems. - Develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) and white-label applications. - Mentor developers via code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance. - Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD platforms), and system performance testing (JMeter, Gatling). - Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with API-first, microservices principles. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency in Java, Python, NodeJS, and modern full-stack development. - Deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and DevOps pipelines. - Expertise in API-first design (REST, Swagger), microservices, and design patterns. - Familiarity with cloud-native frameworks, performance testing tools (Dynatrace), and agile workflows. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in technology or equivalent.
