Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant – Financial Services
Role Summary: Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud solutions for financial services clients, with a primary focus on integrating Agentforce autonomous AI agents to optimize workflow and customer service. Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to translate business requirements into high‑impact, declarative Salesforce configurations and integrations.
Expectations: • Minimum 2–4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, including end‑to‑end implementation of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering client‑centered outcomes.
• Proficiency with Agentforce for building, configuring, and deploying autonomous AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core data model, security, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Flow Builder), and declarative configuration.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with clients to identify performance gaps and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
2. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements elicitation with stakeholders.
3. Advise on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud capabilities, best practices, and enhancements.
4. Identify and implement automation opportunities using Agentforce to create autonomous agents for service and sales workflows.
5. Design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, automation, integrations, and third‑party tools.
6. Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, articulating business value and addressing technical queries.
7. Manage implementation backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Conduct build‑vs‑buy evaluations for third‑party applications and integrations.
9. Recommend Salesforce features, releases, and new capabilities to clients.
Required Skills:
• Salesforce Service Cloud & Sales Cloud implementation experience
• Agentforce expertise (build, configure, deploy autonomous agents)
• Declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Flow Builder)
• Data model, security, and configuration knowledge
• Requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
• Presentation & communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred; certifications in Process Automation (e.g., Flow Builder) and Agentforce are a plus.
