Define vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate business objectives into scalable machine‑learning features; drive data‑driven experimentation and go‑to‑market plans.
Expectations: Deliver measurable commercial and customer‑success results through AI/ML products; influence cross‑functional squads and senior stakeholders; stay agile and adapt to complex competitive landscape while maintaining focus on launch cadence and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unify product strategy across lines; identify and prioritize ML/AI opportunities that provide differentiated value for buyers and suppliers.
- Own product development life cycle: from discovery, research, hypothesis, and rapid experimentation to specification, sprint planning, user testing, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
- Conduct in‑depth market and user research to surface product opportunities; design and run controlled experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Lead and facilitate Agile cadences, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies with designers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to define product positioning, value proposition, and adoption strategy.
- Create product documents, internal training materials, and external communications to support launch and ongoing adoption.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (revenue, NPS, feature usage, conversion) and iterate to improve outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of AI/ML or generative‑AI products.
- Deep understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model training, inference, and recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in data‑science principles, analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Strong Agile product management skills: roadmap, backlog, epics, user stories, release planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence across engineering, design, ops, sales, and services.
- Ability to translate technical ML advances into tangible business value and customer experience.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Business/Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Scrum Product Owner) or AI/ML credentials (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, Data Science Professional) are a plus.
