Job Description
**Job title:** Sports Channel Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the commercial activities for EA Pharma’s sports product portfolio across specialty retail shops, sporting chains, clubs, fitness centers, and professional organisations. Directly report to the Director of National Clients, driving revenue growth, client development, and network coordination. **Expactations:** - Deliver measurable sales results within the sports channel. - Spearhead prospecting and account expansion initiatives. - Build and sustain strong client relationships and a high‑performing sales network. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial agility and a long‑term growth mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow revenue from existing customers (bike, running, triathlon shops, sports retailers, clubs, high‑level federations, fitness centres, military & first‑responder programmes). - Conduct quarterly business reviews and track performance against targets. - Prospect new accounts through field visits, phone outreach, and sample distribution. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to develop and implement commercial plans and pricing strategies. - Lead and mentor a network of commercial agents: coordinate activities, provide on‑site or virtual support, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. - Roll out product trainings and promotional activities to enhance market penetration. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales experience, preferably in the sports or related consumer goods sector. - Strong prospecting and negotiation capabilities. - Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive initiatives independently. - Leadership aptitude and teamwork to develop agents and cross‑functional projects. - Analytical mindset for data‑driven decisions and meticulous administrative handling. - Comfortable with frequent field activity and client engagement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in business, commerce, or international trade (or equivalent university qualification).
