**Job Title**
Sports Nutrition Product Manager – Activation & Partnerships
**Role Summary**
Lead the activation of a sports nutrition product portfolio by building and managing a network of sports coaches, clubs, and content creators. Coordinate partnership programs, community engagement, and digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness, prescription, and sales of the product line.
**Expectations**
- 1–3 years of marketing, digital, or commercial experience in sports, nutrition, or health.
- Passionate athlete, preferably experienced in CrossFit, Hyrox, or bodybuilding.
- Proven track record of community or ambassador program management and field activation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and onboard sports coaches, fitness studios, and specialized training facilities; negotiate agreements and oversee implementation.
- Design and maintain partnership program structure (tiers, benefits, commissions, activation kits, calendars).
- Animate and grow the partner network: create community, challenges, events, provide individual support and follow‑ups.
- Generate partner engagement and prescription: supply content, routines, product testing kits, gather on‑ground feedback, document proof of use.
- Measure network KPIs: recruitment, activation, retention, content output, sell‑in/out impact, ROI.
- Source and onboard UGC creators, micro‑influencers, and coach‑compatible profiles; manage briefs, negotiations, and posting schedules.
- Orchestrate influencer campaigns (TikTok, Instagram) ensuring brand consistency, compliance with claims, and performance tracking.
- Implement scalable content processes (templates, guidelines, calendars, incentive structures).
- Optimize website and product pages for SEO; produce articles in collaboration with digital teams, monitor keyword trends, and competitor activity.
- Support product marketing: monitor and refine product ranges, update marketing collateral (POS, digital assets), conduct market and competitor analysis, track product performance.
- Lead launch of new products: prepare marketing briefs, coordinate packaging sourcing, pricing strategy, and cross‑functional rollout.
**Required Skills**
- Strong marketing and digital strategy expertise, particularly in social media and community engagement.
- Experience managing partner or ambassador programs and field activation.
- Ability to produce and supervise branded content and influencer collaborations.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset: track KPIs, interpret data, and report performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Team‑player comfortable collaborating with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
- Self‑motivated, organized, proactive, and autonomous.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable higher‑education institution.
- No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of digital marketing and community management tools is preferred.
