**Job Title**
nCino Senior Developer
**Role Summary**
Senior Salesforce developer with 10+ years of experience, specializing in nCino loan origination solutions. Responsible for designing, coding, and customizing critical modules such as commercial loan origination, collateral management, covenant management, deed/lease record management, and policy exceptions. Leads integration efforts and collaborates with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 10 years overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 6 years in nCino.
- Deep understanding of the full loan origination lifecycle (screening, underwriting, risk rating, approvals, post‑approval).
- Ability to provide technical design, business solutions, and mentorship to junior staff.
- Proven track record of building complex flows, Apex classes, and custom UIs that align with business processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, develop, and maintain nCino modules and customizations (screens, layouts, sections).
2. Build and test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows that support loan origination, collateral, covenant, deed, and policy processes.
3. Implement and manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and event-driven architectures.
4. Collaborate with business analysts and end users to capture requirements, provide solutions, and validate deliverables.
5. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
6. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce optional).
- nCino domain expertise (loan origination, collateral, covenant, deed/lease, policy exceptions).
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event Framework).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II (preferred).
- nCino certification or demonstrable experience with nCino modules (preferred).
