**Job Title** Influencer Marketing Executive – Entertainment **Role Summary** Junior marketing professional to support the influencer team of a leading entertainment‑focused agency. Works on film, TV and pop‑culture campaigns, assisting the Influencer Lead in strategy development, talent outreach and execution of integrated influencer initiatives. **Expectations** - Demonstrate enthusiasm for influencer marketing and the entertainment sector. - Support the influencer lead from day one, contributing ideas and taking ownership of tasks. - Build and maintain relationships with talent and agencies. - Deliver work to agreed deadlines in a hybrid (2 days office) environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns for film, TV and related entertainment brands. - Conduct talent research, compile shortlists and manage outreach communications. - Contribute creative concepts and pitch ideas to internal and client teams. - Coordinate influencer contracts, briefs, assets and delivery schedules. - Track campaign performance, compile reports and provide insights for optimisation. - Liaise with social, digital, PR and creative teams to ensure integrated delivery. - Maintain campaign documentation and update internal databases. **Required Skills** - 0‑2 years of professional marketing, PR or communications experience (permanent, temporary, internship or placement). - Strong interest and knowledge of influencer marketing and the entertainment industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable pitching ideas and contacting talent. - Relationship‑building and networking abilities. - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency with social media platforms, basic analytics tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Business or a related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or projects in influencer/digital marketing is a plus.
