Job Title: Change And Release Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end release management for multi‑platform environments (Salesforce, MuleSoft, MDM, Infor M3, Mendix, etc.), ensuring timely, secure, and compliant deployments across all stages (dev, QA, staging, production).
Expactations:
- 8‑10 years of release management experience.
- Proven track record delivering stable releases on complex, heterogeneous technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices, branching, merging, and version control across multiple repositories.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain pipelines for Salesforce, MuleSoft, MDM, Infor, and low‑code platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in environment provisioning, configuration management, and rollback procedures.
- Effective stakeholder communication and documentation of release plans, status, and compliance audit trails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full release lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams for scheduling, build, test, and deployment.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated build, test, and deployment steps for all supported platforms.
- Ensure environment consistency and proper configuration across dev, QA, staging, and prod.
- Define and enforce version control strategies (branching, merging, tagging) for multiple repositories and tools.
- Monitor release health, proactively identify issues, and execute rollback or hot‑fix procedures when necessary.
- Verify releases meet organizational security, compliance, and audit requirements; maintain accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: evaluate tooling, processes, and metrics to increase release efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills:
- Release Management, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX), MuleSoft, Infor M3, MDM, and low‑code platforms (Mendix).
- Version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Automation scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications: Salesforce Release Management (if applicable), MuleSoft Certified Developer/Integrator, or similar platform‑specific credentials.
- Additional DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
