**Job Title:**
ServiceNow Architect / Technical Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring FedRAMP compliance, ITIL alignment, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations on schedule and within budget.
- Mentor and coach development teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Translate customer requirements into technical designs and functional specifications.
- Maintain a strong focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement ServiceNow custom applications, integrations, and orchestrations.
- Lead FedRAMP‑aligned deployments, security authorizations, and continuous monitoring activities.
- Define and document ITIL processes (ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CMDB) and ensure their integration with ServiceNow.
- Manage greenfield, replatform, consolidation, and migration projects, including support, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Review requirements for completeness, provide accurate estimates, and align solutions with industry standards.
- Conduct client presentations, handle stakeholder communication, and manage expectations.
- Create and enforce coding standards, develop dashboards, and produce reporting artefacts.
- Coach junior architects and developers, facilitating career development and certification attainment.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior ServiceNow architecture and consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow workflow, UI, and integration design.
- Strong ITIL V3 process expertise and ability to map ITIL to ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM.
- Project management skills with a track record of leading transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑handling abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery).
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
