Job Title: AI Engineer
Role Summary
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for business transformation. Operate models on cloud platforms, integrate AI into core processes, and maintain high standards of performance, fairness, and ethical use.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operationalize AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, Generative AI) across diverse use cases.
- Deploy models at scale on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Utilize modern AI tooling (GPT, LangChain, Hugging Face) and MLOps frameworks (CI/CD, monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana).
- Integrate AI systems into business workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor model performance, enforce fairness and ethical standards, and iterate for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Python; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn.
- Deep knowledge of large language models, NLP, generative AI, and vector databases.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring tools.
- Bonus: experience with LangChain, transformer libraries, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Professional certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI), or MLOps are preferred.
