**Job Title**
HR Manager – Global Operations
**Role Summary**
Strategic and operational leader for human resources across Canada, the U.S., and India. Owns the global HR operating model, drives cultural alignment, and delivers end‑to‑end people processes. Manages a distributed team of HR Generalists and recruiters, modernizes systems, and ensures compliance and analytics excellence.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end HR delivery across three regions with consistent employee experience.
- Build & lead a high‑performing, cross‑cultural HR and recruitment team.
- Translate business strategy into scalable HR processes and data‑driven insights for the executive team.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Global HR Operations** – Lead onboarding, documentation, exit management, and compliance across Canada, U.S., and India. Set and track SLAs (e.g., 2‑week onboarding, 30‑day time‑to‑hire).
2. **Team Leadership** – Manage 8‑10 HR staff (incl. 5 India recruiters), mentor, set performance goals, and foster remote/hybrid collaboration.
3. **Systems & Automation** – Own BambooHR, PowerBI, ATS (Workable, Workable/BambooHR), and Recruitment Tracker. Deploy AI/automation to improve accuracy and speed.
4. **Analytics & Reporting** – Build unified PowerBI dashboards, track headcount, attrition, cost‑per‑hire, diversity, compliance. Provide quarterly executive reports.
5. **Talent Acquisition** – Optimize pipelines, manage sourcing spend, implement screening/video assessment, maintain data hygiene.
6. **Culture & Engagement** – Drive employer branding, career page, referral campaigns, engagement events, pulse surveys, and quarterly culture themes.
7. **Compliance & Policy** – Ensure regional labor law compliance, conduct audits, coordinate with Legal/Finance for payroll, tax, SOC2, ISO27001 certifications.
**Required Skills**
- 8‑12 years of HR experience in multi‑region operations (Canada, U.S., India).
- Proven expertise in onboarding, compliance, analytics, and end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS/ATS – BambooHR, Workable, PowerBI, M365.
- Experience with AI‑enabled recruiting tools and process automation.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, and excellent stakeholder communication.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop remote, hybrid, cross‑cultural teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications preferred (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
