**Job Title**
Partner Experience Business Analysis Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a global partner ecosystem using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ. Own the full partner lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking, ordering, billing, and marketing—while ensuring scalable, data‑driven solutions and seamless stakeholder alignment.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of business analysis or program management in complex partner or channel programs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
- Proven track record delivering PRM solutions that scale globally.
- Agile/Scrum proficiency with a hands‑on delivery mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Leadership** – Architect PRM portals, define roles, permissions, and data visibility; align designs with Salesforce best practices.
2. **Partner Portal Management** – Configure and refine Experience Cloud for onboarding, registration, enablement, self‑service, deal registration, lead distribution, partner ordering, billing, and marketing.
3. **Requirement Gathering & Solution Design** – Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, process flows; lead workshops and pain‑point workshops.
4. **Salesforce Configuration & Integration** – Implement Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud features; integrate Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and other third‑party tools for reporting and analytics.
5. **Mentorship & Leadership** – Coach junior analysts, provide subject‑matter expertise, and share best practices.
6. **Project Delivery & Support** – Own PRM projects, coordinate with dev/architects, conduct demos, UAT, and post‑go‑live support; ensure scalability and maintainability.
7. **Data Analysis & Reporting** – Build dashboards and reports to track deal registration, order fulfillment, billing accuracy, and partner performance; generate actionable insights.
8. **Agile & Scrum** – Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives; deliver incremental PRM value.
9. **Product & Market Collaboration** – Interface with product managers to align PRM roadmap; conduct competitive analysis and market discovery.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud configuration.
- Partner Relationship Management (PRM) lifecycle design.
- Business analysis, requirements elicitation, functional specifications, user stories.
- Data modeling, reporting, dashboards (Salesforce Reports, Tableau).
- Integration fundamentals (REST/SOAP, Marketing Cloud, third‑party tools).
- Agile/Scrum methodology and project facilitation.
- Stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration.
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant (or equivalent).
- Prefer additional certifications in PRM or channel management.
